Audeze, the US based premium audio maker, has launched world’s first on-ear planar magnetic headphones in India. Audeze Sine is the most compact and affordable headphone ever from the company. With Audeze Sine, the company has replaced the traditional sound drivers with Audeze’s renowned array of fluxor magnets. It has a uniforce diaphragms and fazor elements, something synonymous with more premium Audeze headphones.
Audeze Sine are comptabile with Apple’s lightning connector and can drive 24-bit digital signal through a high-quality DAC and signal processor. Audeze Sine also has a built-in microphone for phone calls and activating Siri.
Audeze Sine uses a 80 x 70mm planar magnetic drivers with more than 3 times the surface area of normal on-ear headphone. More area means driving more air which translates to better bass and dynamics.
Audeze Sine can handle maximum power of 6W and frequency response ranges between 10 to 50kHz. The headphone comes with an impedance of 20 ohms and weighs around 230 grams. The headphone is priced at Rs 39,990 with a Cipher cable while the headphone with standard cable costs Rs 34,990.
